Simon Says Stamp Winter Gnome

Winter Gnome

This little gnome from Simon Says Stamp made his way onto another card of mine! This one was so simple to make! After using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Black Soot to shade the edges, I embossed the little trees, added a snowflake ribbon left over from Christmas and that's it! Done!
His little beard is always my favorite! You still need to add the white beard die cut that cuts out of the die for underneath the fuzzy beard! Why? Because if you don't, his beard won't look as full. And he loves his beard....this is just something that he insists on you doing! Lol! The snowflakes are little embellishments I picked up around the holidays somewhere. I could have also used paper ones but I was alcohol inking some of them for another card and they were already out! Anyways, that's it. A sweet and simple card! And I do have a feeling he's going to keep popping up! Have a great day! Until next time....create something magical! ~đź–¤Sheila

  1. It's a great card, Sheila! I love the snowflake ribbon this little guy sits on and his beard and nose add so much! I enjoyed seeing your wonderful AI artwork displayed at the Ranger booth at CHA (on Tim's Blog). I have so much admiration for your ability to create with those inks!

  2. This is so cute! His beard reminds me of the hair on the little "Troll" dolls I had back in the '60's. TFS
